论脏腑风湿理论在临床中的应用

Discussion on clinical application of ‘rheumatism in zang-fu viscera’ theory

"脏腑风湿"是仝小林教授在《黄帝内经》痹病基础上提出的概念,涵盖了五体痹发展而来的脏腑痹,亦包括风寒湿邪直接侵袭脏腑诱发的痹症。外邪伏留是致病的关键,透邪外出是本病的辨治要点。脏腑风湿的提出为临床上许多难治性疾病提供了一种治疗策略,文章以仝小林教授提出的四焦体系为纲,对脏腑风湿的辨治范畴进行归纳,对仝老师常用药物、方剂进行梳理,以风湿之邪盘踞在不同脏腑的典型病例如IgA肾病、颅内肿瘤、成人隐匿性自身免疫糖尿病(LADA)、脊髓空洞症和免疫性肺间质纤维化为例,具体分析脏腑风湿理论在临床中的辨治和应用要点。

Based on the concert of arthralgia in Huangdi Neijing, professor TONG Xiao-lin proposed the theory of ‘rheumatism in zang-fu viscera'. Risk factors of wind, cold and damp invasion and stay in the body are the leading cause to the occurrence of this disease, and elimination of these risk factors is a key measure for the treatment of this disease. Theory of ‘rheumatism in zang-fu viscera' provides a treatment strategy for miscellaneous diseases. This article summarized the differentiation and treatment category of rheumatism in zang-fu viscera based on the four classes put forward by professor TONG, and concretely analyzed the application points of theory of ‘rheumatism in zang-fu viscera' with diseases as IgA nephropathy, intracranial tumors, adult occult autoimmune diabetes(LADA), syringomyelia, and immunological interstitial fibrosis for example.
