基于络病学说探讨皮部浅刺法在皮科疾病中的杠杆作用

Acupuncture on surface skin exerts a lever-effect in the treatment of dermatosis based on the theory of collateral diseases

络病之论,源远流长,已成为中医理论体系的重要内容之一。皮科疾病的发病与络病有着千丝万缕的联系,然对二者的病机关联却鲜有探究,文章通过对皮科疾病病机及络病的病机进行相关性探讨,进一步提出皮部浅刺法做为络病重要的治疗手段在皮肤疾病中的独特优势,为临床疑难皮肤病的诊疗提供新思路和方法。

The theory of collateral diseases has become an indispensable part of traditional Chinese medicine system, owing to its long history. There was a close relationship between the morbidity of dermatosis and collateral diseases, however, their pathogenesis relation has not yet been clarified. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the pathogenesis correlation between dermatosis and collateral diseases. We proposed that acupuncture on surface skin, as a dominant treating method for collateral diseases, played a unique role in the dermatosis. This current study will provide a new thought and method for treating dermatosis.
