基于整体、动态、个性化的中医疗效评价框架的构建

Development of TCM therapeutic evaluation frame based on holism, dynamic and individuation

疗效是中医发展的源动力,建立国际公认、科学且系统的中医临床疗效评价方法体系,是中医药自身发展并与国际接轨的迫切需求。中医药治疗疾病干预过程的复杂性、干预治疗手段的多样化和干预目的多维度,中医治疗手段的复杂化使疗效评价方案难以统一实现。文章针对中医疗效评价发展现状存在的瓶颈,提出了遵循中医整体思维的基于整体健康状态动态、个性化测量的中医药临床疗效评价方法体系,为进一步完善中医临床诊疗体系,发挥中医药复杂性干预优势,建立客观公认评价标准,推动中医学术发展和现代化进程提供了科学基础。

Efficacy is the source of the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), so an internationally recognized, scientific and systematic TCM clinical efficacy evaluation system plays important roles in the TCM development and the achievement of international standards. The complexity in TCM treatment, diversity in the methods of intervention and multi-dimension in the therapeutic purpose make TCM clinical efficacy evaluation become hard to be unified. So, aiming at the bottleneck in the development of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation system, we proposed that an improved TCM clinical efficacy evaluation system should follow the TCM holism concept and embody the overall health status and individualized measurement. That will help further improve the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment system, exert the advantages of complicated intervention of TCM, establish objectively accepted evaluation standard, and provide a scientific basis for the development of TCM modernization.
