基于证素辨识原理的证型名称及内涵规范实践与思考

Practice and reflection on standardization of name and connotation of TCM syndrome based on the principle of differentiation of syndrome elements

目的:运用证素辨识原理进行证型名称及内涵规范。方法:通过文献调研、专家咨询,运用数据处理技术,将不同辨证体系下具有相同内涵(证素相同)的证型名称进行统一。结果:对来源95国标(GB/T15657-1995)、97国标(GB/T16751.2-1997)、《证素辨证学》常见证型数据统一规范。结论:基于证素辨识原理,可以实现常见证型名称规范与内涵统一,但一些特殊的辨证方法所涉及的证型名称规范有待进一步商榷。

Objective: To standardize the name and connotation about TCM Syndromes base on the principle of differentiation of syndrome elements. Methods: Unify the name and connotation about different differentiation of TCM syndromes, through literature research, expert advice and data processing technology. Results: We standardized the name and connotation of the common syndromes from 95GB(GB/T15657-1995), 97GB(GB/T16751.2-1997) and Syndrome Factor Differentiation Learning. Conclusion: The common syndromes can be standardized based on the principle of differentiation of syndrome elements, but some special methods of syndrome differentiation involving the name of the syndromes also need to be further discussed.
