亚健康阳虚体质人群躯干功能区红外热图特征初探 被引量:11

Primary investigation on infrared thermal chart characteristics of body functional area in sub-health people with yang deficiency constitution

摘要 目的:探讨亚健康阳虚体质人群躯干功能区红外热图典型特征。方法:将94例研究对象分为健康平和质组30例、亚健康阳虚质组34例和亚健康阴虚质组30例,采用DH-2010-B型短焦距非制冷远红外热像仪和IRM View热图分析系统采集并分析热图。结果:阳虚质三焦温度呈"倒金字塔"分布,具有"上热下寒"特征,热图表现为胃脘温度低,腹部呈"水池样"改变,局部有一个或多个"冰块样"低温区;阴虚质热图表现为胃脘温度高,腹部呈"板块样"高温分布,沿髋骨外缘出现"截断"现象。结论:亚健康阳虚体质人群躯干功能区红外热图特征符合中医辨证论治,可为中医精准诊疗提供可视化依据。 Objective: To investigate the typical infrared thermal image characteristics of body functional area in subhealth patients with yang deficiency constitution. Methods: Ninty-four study objects were divided into group of health people with mild constitute(30 cases), group of sub-health people with yin deficinency consititution(30 caces) and group of sub-health people with yang deficiency constitution(34 cases). The infrared thermal chart characteristics of all the study objects was analyzed by using DH-2010-B short focal length non refrigeration infrared thermal image and IRM View thermal analysis system. Results: The sanjiao temperature of people with yang deficiency constitution was ‘inverted pyramid' distributed with the characteristic of heat in the upper and cold in the lower which showed as low temperature in stomach, pool-like changein abdomen, and ice-like lowtemperature area in locality. The heat picture of people with yin deficiency constitution showed as ‘Plate-like' high temperature distribution in abdomen and ‘cut off' phenomenon in hip circumference. Conclusion: The infrared thermal chart characteristics of body functional area in sub-health people with yang deficiency constitution is comply with the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine, which could provide a visual basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.
