基于国家统编教材的现代中医内科学理论体系框架初探

First exploration on theoretical system framework of modern internal medicine of TCM based on national textbooks

现代中医内科学理论体系框架以国家统编教材为载体构建、发展和完善,逐步形成了更适合临床实践和人才培养的现代中医内科学理论体系框架。现代中医内科学理论体系框架经历了基础、探索、发展与稳定4个时期,由于时代背景、临床需求及教育教学目标的不同,编写思路及框架结构存在差异和特色。笔者通过对统编一到九版中医内科学教材的研究,梳理不同时期理论体系框架的特点,总结概括理论体系框架的基本结构与内容,并对框架的演变过程加以分析。

The development and improvement of modern internal medicine of TCM theoretical system framework was based on national textbooks, and gradually formed a more suitable framework for clinical practice and cultivation of talents of modern internal medicine of TCM. Modern internal medicine of TCM theoretical system framework has experienced four periods, there are foundation, exploration, development and stability. Due to the difference of backgrounds, clinical requirements, and purposes of education, the writing ideas and the frame structure have many differences. The authors researched the national textbooks of internal medicine of TCM from the first edition to the ninth, combined the characteristics of different period theory system framework, summarized the theoretical system framework of the basic structure and content, and the process of the evolution of the framework was analyzed.
