摘要
目的:通过"阴阳球-八纲"三级结构模型(以下简称模型)分析名医胸痹心痛医案在该模型中的定位,使名医胸痹心痛经典医案客观化、量化。方法:利用模型计算机软件对名医胸痹心痛经典医案进行数学三维解析。结果:名医胸痹心痛经典医案图形化,具体化,显示其数学规律。结论:模型软件可以清晰地演示名医胸痹心痛经典医案中药、方、证在空间的变化轨迹及定位,同时为中医经典医案的学习和研究提供了一种新的方法。
Objective: To objectify and quantify the famous doctors' typical medical records in treating the chest discomfort and heart pain, we analyzed the spatial orientation of famous doctors' typical medical records by using the ‘ball of yin and yang-eight principles' three-level structure model. Methods: The typical medical records about the chest discomfort and heart pain were conducted a mathematical three-dimensional parsing by the model computer software. Results: The typical medical records about the chest discomfort and heart pain were graphical and visible, and had its own mathematical rules. Conclusion: Model software can clearly demonstrate the trajectory and orientation of famous doctors' typical medical records in treating the chest discomfort and heart pain, and meanwhile it will provide a new method for learn and study the TCM classics.
