Exploration of academic experience of ZHANG Xi-chun in treating kidney disease

张锡纯为近代著名医家,其医论多发皇古意,本于经典,紧守病机,精简效宏。文章基于集其大成之著作《医学衷中参西录》及既往文献,着眼淋证、癃闭及大气下陷相关病证3个方面,介绍了张氏在治疗淋证、癃闭方面多达数十首的特色用药遣方,其均切近实际,讲求实效,且见解独到;而"大气下陷"理论,则是对传统中医肾病理论的重要补充和创新。文章从辨证论治到选方用药,探究总结了名医张锡纯治疗肾系疾病的独特经验和理论,以期为当今治疗肾系疾病的中医临床提供思路,有效地指导临床治疗。

ZHANG Xi-chun is one of the famous doctors of modern times, whose theories and formulas are mostly based on the classic works and originated from clinical application, grasped the etiology and pathogenesis, simple but effective. This article was based on Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu and the previous literature, focuses on stranguria, dribbling and retention of urine, and the syndrome of qi collapse, and introduced ZHANG's characteristic formulas, which were not only closely related to the reality, but also effective and original. And the theory of ‘qi collapse' was an important supplement and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory of kidney disease. This article explored and summarized the unique experience and theory of famous doctor ZHANG Xi-chun's treatment of kidney disease from the syndrome differentiation to the prescription, in order to provide ideas and guide the clinical treatment effectively.
