督灸疗法对肺肾气虚证肺胀患者中医证候积分、肺功能等及血清补体C3、C4及IgA水平的影响

Effects of Du-moxibustion therapy on the TCM syndrome scores, pulmonary functions and levels of serum supplement C3, C4 and IgA in lung distension patients with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and kidney

目的:探讨督灸疗法对肺肾气虚证肺胀患者中医证候积分,肺功能等及血清补体C3、C4及Ig A水平的影响。方法:将2015年1月-2015年12月太和县中医院肺病科门诊诊断为肺肾气虚证肺胀患者60例,按数字表格法随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组口服多索茶碱胶囊,0.2g/次,2次/d;盐酸丙卡特罗,25μg/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上每周施以督灸2次;用药疗程均为3个月;随访半年后观察患者血清补体C3、C4及Ig A水平的变化。结果:两组治疗后中医证候积分、西医症状体征积分、肺功能、急性加重次数、mMRC评分均有不同程度改善(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清补体C3、C4及Ig A均有不同程度的提高(P<0.01);治疗后组内各阶段比较,差异无统计学意义;而与对照组比较,治疗3个月及随访期治疗组C3、C4、Ig A显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:督灸疗法+基础治疗对改善肺肾气虚证肺胀热患者基本临床证候及免疫系统方面具有一定的优势作用,且有远期疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the effects of Du-moxibustion therapy on levels of serum supplement C3, C4, and Ig A in lung distension patients with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and kidney. Method: Sixty cases of lung distension patients with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and kidney diagnosed by department of respiratory outpatient in Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January 2015 to December 2015 were included into this current study and then randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases per group. Patients in the control group orally took Doxofylline Capsules twice per day with 0.2g each time, and Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets twice per day with 25μg each time. The patients in treatment group were treated with Du-moxibustion twice a week coupled with the treatment approaches used in the control group. After 3-mouth treatment, a 6-mouth follow-up was carried out to observe the changes in the levels of serum supplement C3, C4 and Ig A. Results: The TCM syndrome scores, western medical symptoms scores, pulmonary functions, acute exacerbation and m MRC scores of both groups after treatment were some improvement(P<0.05). Levels of serum supplement C3, C4, and Ig A in the two groups were increased after the treatment(P<0.01). After the treatment, there was statistical difference in the levels of serum supplement C3, C4, and Ig A between the treatment group and control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Du-moxibustion therapy could enhance the levels of serum supplement C3, C4, and Ig A in lung distension patients with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and kidney, and the effect could remain long.
