基于文献的糖尿病视网膜病变中药用药规律研究

Study on herbal administration regularity of diabetic retinopathy based on literature

文章通过搜集2005-2016年糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的中医、中药治疗资料,分析中医治疗DR的用药规律,从治疗方法中提取DR所用的中药使用频数及其所占比例,分别统计每味药出现频数、药物性味、药物归经,总结不同时期治疗DR的常用药为补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药;药性以寒为主,温、平次之;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以入肝经为主,脾胃、肾膀胱经次之。

By collecting plenty information about TCM therapy on diabetic retinopathy(DR), the medication rules of TCM treatment of DR were analyzed. The frequency and proportion of various Chinese herbs were counted from various TCM treatment for DR. Furthermore, the article studied the property and flavor, meridian distribution of the commonly used Chinese herbs to summarize that the commonly used medicinal in the treatment of DR was the tonic, antipyretic and removing stasis medicinal herbs. The medicinal in cold nature was the most frequently used drugs, and the warm was the next. The main content of flavors was sweet, bitter and pungent. The medicinal was commonly in liver meridian, and then the meridian of spleen stomach and kidney bladder.
