关于中医思维的几点思考

培养中医思维要辨明以下几点:首先,中医学的核心是医学,其根本任务是明确诊断和有效治疗。其次,中医学的思维模式是自然演化思维,即整体是由另一个整体演化而来;整体中的每个局部都包含整体的全部信息,是整体成比例的缩小;阴平阳秘是中医治疗的目标,其实现有赖于阴阳两者处于恰好的相对位置,而非力量的绝对平衡。再次,辨病论治、辨证论治、对症治疗是医学治疗的3个层次,中医学在辨证论治方面有优势,但辨证论治不是中医学的唯一或最高水平。最后,中医学分神农学派和岐黄学派,他们分别代表着药物和非药物治疗体系,两体系共用三阴三阳这一概念,但这一概念在各自体系中含义不同。

If we want to develop TCM thinking, we should to define the following points: First, the core of TCM is medicine, its fundamental task is clear diagnosis and effective treatment. Second, the thinking patterns of TCM is natural evolution thinking, that is a entirety is come from another entirety; every parts contain all of the information of entirety, and are the proportional reduction of entirety; the purpose of TCM is yin at peace and yang compact, the key point is yin and yang are all at the exactly relative position, but not the balance of power. Third, treatment according to disease, according to pattern differentiation and symptomatic treatment are 3 level of medical, treatment according to pattern differentiation is dominant in TCM, but not the unique or the highest level. Finally, TCM can be divided into Shen-nong and Qi-huang School, they represent drug and non-drug treatment system respectively, and they share the concept of three-yin and three-yang, but this concept has different connotation in two systems.
