扶阳法辨证-治疗次第化量表的建立

Establishment of syndrome differentiation-treatment sequence scale of Fu-yang therapy

目的:应用ROC曲线分析中医症候群与扶阳法治疗次第的关系,筛查出最佳临界点,建立切合临床的扶阳法辨证-治疗次第化量表。方法:收集2014年1月-2016年1月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院就诊符合纳入标准的患者450例,其中女279例,男171例,年龄为21-84岁,平均年龄为(51.51±11.79)岁。由本课题组成员对症候群条目进行筛查,以最终治疗次第为标准,使用Med Calc软件绘制ROC曲线,分析扶阳法治疗次第与症候群/量表总分的关系,得出最佳临界点。结果:ROC曲线分析显示,治疗次第1、次第2、次第3的曲线下面积分别是0.982,0.704,0.926;阈值分别是25分,35分。结论:本研究应用ROC曲线对扶阳法辨证-治疗次第的分析,得出各个治疗次第的临界点为25分和35分,初步建立扶阳法辨证-治疗次第化量表。

Objective: To analysis the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptomatic group and Fu-yang syndrome differentiation-treatment sequence scale by receiver operation characteristic(ROC) curve and to screen the critical points. To establish clinical syndrome differentiation-treatment sequence scale of Fu-yang therapy. Methods: A total of 450 patients matched with the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study from January 2014 to January 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, with 279 women and 171 men. The age ranged from 21 to 84 years old. The average age was(51.51±11.79) years old. TCM symptomatic items were screened by task group members. ROC curve were drawn by Med Calc, the relationship between Fu-yang syndrome differentiation-treatment sequence and TCM symptomatic group/the score of Fu-yang syndrome differentiation-treatment sequence scale were analyzed. Then the critical points were acquired. Results: ROC curve showed that the area under ROC curve(AUC) in sequence 1, 2 and 3 were 0.982, 0.704, and 0.926, respectively. The critical values were at points of 25 and 35 respectively. Conclusion: Based on the critical points acquired, it is preliminary established the syndrome differentiation-treatment sequence scale of Fu-yang therapy.
