中观是相对宏观和微观而言的,在健康状态表征参数体系中,将与健康状态相关的生物、心理、社会环境等表征参数称为中观参数。文章对中观参数的范畴与采集方法进行了阐述,通过相关的文献研究探讨了中观参数体系中的生理、心理、社会等指标参数对人体健康状态的影响,认为中观参数与人体的身心健康密切相关,对疾病的发生、发展与演变有着较大的影响,可作为测量人体健康状态与中医药临床疗效评价的重要指标,其采集方法及其与中医证之间的关联性还有待于深入研究。

Meso is relative to macro and micro. In the parameter system of health status characterization, it is called meso-parameter which is related to the health status of the biology, psychology and social environment characterization parameters. The article explains the category and collection method of meso-parameter. According to the relative document research, it studies how the parameter of physiology, psychology and society in meso-parameter system influence on health status. It is then concluded that meso-parameter is closely related to the physical and mental health of the human body, and it has a great influence on the occurrence, development and evolution of disease, it can be used as an important index to measure the health status and to evaluate Chinese medicine therapeutic effect, it requires further studies on the correlation between TCM syndromes and meso-parameter, as well as the data acquisition method.
