摘要
艾滋病合并皮肤黏膜病变是艾滋病期常见的并发症,90%的HIV感染者或艾滋病患者在病程中可发生皮肤黏膜病变。中医药在治疗皮肤病方面具有显著的临床疗效和广阔的应用前景,笔者通过对艾滋病合并皮肤黏膜病变研究现状和中医药防治的临床实践分析,提出分别从深入开展艾滋病合并皮肤黏膜病变的中医基础研究、筛选有效方药开展临床循证医学研究、制定临床方案并进行推广3个方面探讨中医药防治皮肤黏膜病变的研究思路,以期为更好地开展中医药防治艾滋病合并皮肤黏膜的临床研究提供参考,发挥中医药在艾滋病合并皮肤黏膜病变中的特色和优势,提高中医药防治艾滋病合并皮肤黏膜临床水平。
HIV/AIDS complicated with mucocutaneous diseases was a common complicationof AIDS. Ninty percent of HIV infected persons or AIDS patients may have mucocutaneous diseases during the course of the disease. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) had significant clinical efficacy and broad application prospects in the treatment of skin diseases. Through the study of AIDS with mucocutaneous diseases and the clinical practice of TCM prevention and treatment, it was put forward 3 aspects of TCM in the prevention and treatment of mucocutaneous diseases: carrying out in depth of basic research of TCM on the prevention and treatment of AIDS complicated with mucocutaneous diseases, screening effective prescription to carry out clinical evidence based medicine research, developing clinical protocols and promoting them. It was aimed to providing reference for clinical research on prevention and treatment of AIDS complicated with mucocutaneous diseases, giving full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AIDS complicated with mucocutaneous diseases, improving the clinical level of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AIDS complicated with mucocutaneous diseases.
