摘要
目的:建立利心丸含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定。色谱柱:Zorbax SBAq(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水-二乙胺(52∶20∶28∶0.08);检测波长:282nm,柱温:25℃,流速:1.0m L/min。结果:粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的线性范围分别是0.2580-1.5480μg(r=0.9996)、0.1348-0.8085μg(r=0.9998),粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的平均加样回收率分别是97.88%(RSD=1.61%)、98.18%(RSD=2.08%)。结论:该方法操作简便易行,专属性强,准确可靠,可用于利心丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method of the determination of tetrandrine and fangchinoline in Lixin Pill. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was used. Column:Zorbax SB-Aq 5μm, 4.6mm×250mm, mobile phase: a mixture of 52% methanol-20% acetonitrile-28%water-0.08% diethylamine; detection wavelength: 282 nm. Column temperature: 25℃, flow rate: 1.0m L/min. Results: The linear ranges of tetrandrine and fangchinoline were 0.2580-1.5480μg(r=0.9996) and 0.1348-0.8085 μg(r=0.9998) respectively. The average recoveries of the two components were 97.88%(RSD=1.61%) and 98.18%(RSD=2.08%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of Lixin Pill.
