摘要
目的:建立地枫皮的HPLC指纹图谱并对其指标性成分进行含量测定。方法:采用HPLC对10批不同产地的地枫皮药材进行指纹图谱构建,并对4种指标性成分进行含量分析。结果:建立了地枫皮的HPLC指纹图谱,得到12个共有峰,10批药材相似度在0.88-0.99。指标性成分含量分析显示:芦丁、S1-3、槲皮苷和厚朴酚分别在0.066-1.980μg(r=0.9999)、0.041-1.230μg(r=0.9997)、0.200-0.600μg(r=0.9999)、0.060-1.800μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈现良好的线性关系;加样回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=2.71%)、98.8%(RSD=1.25%)、101.2%(RSD=3.20%)和100.5%(RSD=0.89%)。结论:地枫皮HPLC指纹图谱的建立不仅为地枫皮药材质量控制提供更全面的参考,还可以鉴别地枫皮的真伪;同时不同产地地枫皮中指标性成分的含量分析显示出地域性差异。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint and determine the content of index component of Illicium difengpi. Methods:The fingerprint of Illicium difengpi was set up and the contents of four index components were determined by analyzing the chromatographic data of ten batch of Illicium difengpi derived from different place. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Illicium difengpi exhibitedtwelve common peaks, and the similarity of ten batch of herbs was in 0.88-0.99. The content analysis of index components showed rutin, S1-3, quercitrin and magnolol had a good linear relation in 0.066-1.980μg(r=0.9999), 0.041-1.230μg(r=0.9997), 0.200-0.600μg(r=0.9999), 0.060-1.800μg(r=0.9999), and the average recovery were in 99.5%(RSD=2.71%), 98.8%(RSD=1.25%), 101.2%(RSD=3.20%), 100.5%(RSD=0.89%), respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint not only provided comprehensive reference for quality control of Illicium difengpi, but also identified authenticity of crude materials from different areas. Meanwhile, the determination results revealed the contents of index components in Illicium difengpi had obvious difference in different places.
