Comparison and analysis of therapeutic effects of different types of acupuncture and moxibustion interventions on knee osteoarthritis

文章总结了不同针灸疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的研究现状,发现针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的方法多样,包括毫针、艾灸、针刀、电针、激光照射、火针等10余种,其中毫针、艾灸、针刀和电针最为常用,且多采用综合疗法。与国外研究相比,国内研究具有较高的临床有效率,但难以排除研究偏倚对结果的影响,对于疗效的评价缺乏有说服力的高质量研究。今后应加强临床研究的顶层设计,优化针灸的治疗方案,建立不同针灸疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的技术操作规范。

A computer-based online search of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and CBMdisc databases of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical research literature, systematically analyzed the related documents. It is found that the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is diverse, including manual acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, acupotomy, moxibustion, laser acupuncture, fire needle and more than 10 species. Manual acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, acupotomy and warming needle are most commonly used, especially comprehensive therapy. Compared with foreign studies, domestic research has a high clinical efficiency, but it is difficult to rule out the impact of research bias on the results of the evaluation of the lack of convincing high-quality research. In the future, we should strengthen the top design of clinical research, optimize the treatment plan of acupuncture and moxibustion, and establish the technical operation standard of different acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
