温胆颗粒对替诺福韦药代动力学影响的初步研究

Preliminary study on the effects of Wendan Granule on the pharmacokinetics of tenofovir

目的:初步评价温胆颗粒对替诺福韦(TDF)药代动力学影响作用。方法:温胆颗粒治疗2周,留取治疗前后患者血浆标本,进行TDF药物药代动力学检测并进行分析。结果:温胆颗粒治疗前后TDF血浆药代动力学参数:AUC(0-t)疗前:(4 855.2±1 371.5)μg/L·h,疗后(4 761.1±1 889.6)μg/L·h;t1/2z疗前:(18.00±12.07)h,疗后(33.55±49.34)h;Tmax疗前:(3.45±3.12)h,疗后(1.75±1.03)h;Cmax疗前:(428.0±156.0)μg/L,疗后(516.7±206.8)μg/L,且上述药代动力学参数治疗前后均未见显著性差异。结论:温胆颗粒对血浆TDF药代动力学无显著影响作用。

Objective: To evaluate the effects of Wendan Granule on the pharmacokinetics of tenofovir. Methods: The AIDS patients were treated with Wendan Granule for 2 weeks, and then the plasma samples were collected to conduct the tenofovir dsoproxil fumarate(TDF) pharmacokinetic test. Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters of TDF plasma: AUC(0-t) were(4 855.2±1 371.5)μg/L·h and(4 761.1±1 889.6)μg/L·h before and after treatment, respectively; t1/2z were(18.00±12.07) h and(33.55±49.34) h before and after treatment, respectively; Tmax were(3.45±3.12) h and(1.75±1.03) h before and after treatment, respectively; Cmax were(428.0±156.0)μg/L and(516.7±206.8) μg/L before and after treatment, respectively. Conclusion: This current study indicated that the treatment of Wendan Granule had no effects on pharmacokinetics of plasma TDF.
