论脓毒症与心气损伤的相关性

根据脓毒症的发病发展特点,结合临床实践和中医理论研究,提出心气损伤是脓毒症的关键病变环节之一。并尝试从"心为阳中之太阳","壮火之气衰,壮火食气"等基础理论出发,说明脓毒症高热之时已然损伤心气;结合卫气营血传变与逆传心包理论,认为无论是顺传还是逆传,脓毒症均存在心气损伤;结合《伤寒论》六经病证中太阳、阳明证的传变与方药,认为大多涉及心气受损,心阳不足;从发汗与误治方面考虑,脓毒症早期心气损伤、心阳不足也与此相关。最后认为脓毒症早期应着眼于心气心阳的保护,提出益心气温心阳应作为脓毒症重要治法之一。

The author concluded that the early stages of sepsis should focus on the protection of the heart-qi, benefiting heart qi and warming heart-yang should be as one of the important treatment of sepsis.
