中医之神与中医之心的现象学还原分析

Phenomenological regression analysis of the spirit and the heart of Chinese medicine

中医经典中的"神"和"心"是一个容易造成歧义和引发争论的概念。文章对《黄帝内经》中"神"和"心"的概念及其相关命题进行了现象学还原分析。认为,中医之"神"主要是指意识的意向性。中医之"心"则在不同语境下有不同的含义和所指:一是指所在大脑的神明之心,即神之居所;二是指胸腔内主导血液循环的心脏,但意识之心和胸腔内之心脏又具有密切的关系。

The concept of ‘spirit' and ‘heart' in the classic Chinese medicine is prone to ambiguity and controversy. This paper used the method of phenomenological regression analysis to know the concept of ‘spirit' and ‘heart' in Huangdi Neijing and its related propositions, thought the ‘spirit' of Chinese medicine was the general term of consciousness, especially referring to the intention of consciousness. The ‘heart' of Chinese medicine had different means in different contexts: One refers to the spirit of the brain, that was, the residence of the spirit; Second refers to the heart of intrathoracic cavity that dominated the blood circulation. However, there was a close relationship between the ‘consciousness heart' and the ‘intrathoracic cavity heart'. On the one hand, the blood supply of the heart directly restricted the conscious awareness; on the other hand, any emotion of the mind could be expressed through the heart of intrathoracic cavity.
