中药金汁与粪菌移植的异同 被引量:16

Similarities and differences between Jinzhi and fecal microbiota transplantation

摘要 东晋《肘后备急方》中就有饮粪汁治疗温病的记载。金汁作为粪便的加工品,叶天士等医家广泛应用于温病的治疗。现代福建省泉州市中医院全国名老中医张永树教授使用金汁治疗少儿高热取得了良好的临床疗效。稀缺中药金汁的制备和临床运用与现代的粪菌移植治疗有相似之处,但是金汁在粪便供体选择、淘洗用水、深埋地下和服用方法等环节均有一定的特色。继承和复原金汁制作工艺是当前研究最急需解决的问题,在此基础上借鉴粪菌移植的科学元素,创新金汁的制备工艺和临床应用,开辟中医药在肠道微生态研究的一席之地。 As early as the Eastern Jin dynasty, Zhouhou Beiji Fang documented the therapyof drinking feces to treat warm disease. Jinzhi, a processed product of feces, was widely used in the treatment of warm disease by ancient medical scientists, such as YE Tian-shi. In Quanzhou city, professor ZHANG Yong-shu who used Jinzhi to treat high fever of children has obtained the good clinical effect. Between the theory of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT) and using feces as medicine in TCM have the same essence, but Jinzhi has own characters in fecal donor selection, water of elutriation, deep underground and taking methods. The most urgent problem to be solved is inheritance and restoration of Jinzhi production process, on top of it, drawing on the scientific elements of fecal microbiota transplantation and innovating the preparation technology and clinical application could open up a place in the study of intestinal microecology.
