《景岳全书·妇人规》治疗崩漏的方药应用特色

Research on medication characteristics of Furen Gui in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis

目的:研究《景岳全书·妇人规》治疗崩漏的学术思想及方药应用特点。方法:运用统计学方法归纳《景岳全书·妇人规·崩淋经漏不止》中所用方剂及药物的药性、药味、归经、功效。结果:张景岳治疗崩漏共用方44首,其中补阵方最多,为17首,使用频次也最高。共用药物72味,善用甘温、甘平、辛甘味药物;归经上,归肝经药物最多,脾肾次之;功效分类上,补益药使用最多,清热药次之。结论:张景岳治疗崩漏审五脏、察阴阳,善用补益、重补气血,重视情志对疾病的影响。

Objective: Research on the academic thoughts and prescription application of treatment metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of Furen Gui. Methods: Using statistical methods to conclude the herbs' properties, flavors, channel tropisms and effects used by ZHANG Jing-yue. Results: Among 44 prescriptions, Buzhen prescription use up to 17. Using 72 kinds of drugs, prefer to use sweet-warm, sweet-natured, pungent-sweet drugs; liver channel drugs; tonic, heat-clearing drugs. Conclusion: ZHANG Jing-yue accorded viscera syndrome and yin-yang differentiation to treatment metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, preferred to tonify qi and blood, attaches great importance to the emotional impact on disease.
