李元文外治皮肤病经验介绍

Experience of LI Yuan-wen in using TCM external treatment on skin diseases

李元文教授从医30多年,善于运用外治法治疗皮肤科常见疾病以及疑难顽固病种,如白癜风、神经性皮炎、银屑病、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、慢性荨麻疹等。李教授认为中医外治法的作用与口服给药、静脉给药同等重要,具有"简、便、廉、效"的特点,为皮肤病的治疗提供了更广阔的空间。但是,要熟练应用外治法,必须掌握两个原则,一是"病不同,药不同",二是"皮损不同,药物剂型与给药方法不同"。现将其部分经验整理如下,进行交流探讨。

Professor LI Yuan-wen became a doctor for more than 30 years, and he was good at using TCM external treatment in common skin diseases and difficult diseases such as vitiligo, neurodermitis, psoriasis, postherpetic neuralgia, chronic urticariaand so on. Professor LI believed that the role of the TCM external treatment was as important as oral administration and intravenous administration. TCM external treatment has the characteristic of ‘simple, convenient, inexpensive, effective', and provides a broader space for the treatment of skin diseases. However, we must grasp the two principles in the application of external treatment: one is ‘different diseases are applied different drugs', while another is ‘different types of lesion need different drug dosage forms and medications'. Through several years of study, the author collated some experience as follows to discuss.
