唾液相关研究进展及其在中医体质学中的应用展望

Research progress of saliva-related research and its application prospect in TCM constitution

唾液是人体重要的外分泌液之一,其中蕴含着丰富的生物信息。因其具有采集方便、无创、准确等特点,唾液研究被广泛应用于现代医学及中医学研究中。但目前唾液在中医体质学中的应用研究还比较少。大量研究表明,唾液能够反映机体全身各维度的变化情况,对其进行深入探索可为体质分类研究提供新的切入点。对不同体质人群进行唾液客观化实证性研究,一方面可丰富体质分类辨识的指标体系,另一方面可作为疾病"预防、诊断和治疗"的有力凭借。

Saliva is one of the important external secretions of human body, which contains affluent biological information. Because salivary sample can be easily, accurately and non-invasively collected, it has been widely applied in the study of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. But there is only a few studies that apply saliva on TCM constitution by now. A large number of studies have shown that saliva can reflect the changes of human body by all dimensions. By exploring it, we can provide a new breakthrough point for the research on TCM constitution classification. The objective empirical study on saliva of different TCM constitutions will extend the index system of TCM constitution classification and identification, and will become a powerful evidence of prevention, diagnosis and treatmentof the disease.
