摘要
中药穿山龙的主要成分为甾体皂苷,对体液免疫和细胞免疫均有一定程度的抑制作用。痛风是由于嘌呤类物质代谢紊乱导致的尿酸产生过多或尿酸排泄减少,血尿酸浓度持续增高,最终形成单尿酸钠晶体沉积在软骨组织所致的一种免疫代谢性疾病。近年来许多关于穿山龙总皂苷药理作用的实验研究证实了其对痛风性关节炎的治疗作用,发现其可调控尿酸的合成、排泄,并通过对信号转导通路的调控治疗痛风性关节炎。文章对其最新的研究进展进行综述。
The main components of Dioscoreae nipponicae Rhizoma are steroidal saponins, which have some inhibitive effects on humoral and cellular immunity. Gout is an immune metabolic disease which is caused by deposition of monosodium urate crystal in the articular cartilage due to high concentration of uric acid as a result of purine metabolic disorder. For the past few years, there have been many experimental researches on pharmacological effects of total saponins from Dioscoreae nipponicae Rhizoma demonstrating treatment on gouty arthritis, and it was found that it could regulate the synthesis, excretion of uric acid and treat gouty arthritis by regulating the relating signal pathways. This article reviewed the latest research progress.
