逍遥散及其加减治疗肝病的临床应用及现代研究进展

Clinical application and modern research progress of treatment of liver diseases by Xiaoyao Powder and its modification

逍遥散来源于《太平惠民和济局方》,具有疏肝解郁,养血健脾的功效。临床上广泛应用于治疗慢性肝病、肝硬化及肝纤维化等疾病;近年来对该方的研究较多,主要围绕其对于慢性乙型肝炎、肝损伤及酒精性肝病等的治疗机制。文章综合目前诸多文献资料对于逍遥散及其加减治疗肝病的临床应用和现代研究进展进行归纳总结。

Xiaoyao Powder originates from Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang. It has the effects of dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and nourishing blood for tonifying spleen. It is widely used in the treatment of chronic liver diseases, liver cirrhosis, liver fibrosis and other diseases in clinical practice. In recent years, there have been many researches on this prescription, mainly around its treatment mechanism of chronic hepatitis B, liver injury and alcoholic liver disease, etc. This paper summarized the clinical application and modern research progress of treatment of liver diseases by Xiaoyao Powder and its modification.
