摘要
目的:建立捏脊疗法对胃运动影响机制研究的动物模型。方法:通过手术方法将自行改进的压力传感器植入家兔胃表面的浆膜层,记录清醒状态下家兔的胃运动,并静脉注射盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液以建立胃运动过缓模型。结果:可记录到稳定的胃运动波,1天之内(间隔8h)2次造模不会影响胃运动波幅自然恢复的时间。结论:此种造模方法的稳定性和重复性较好。
Objective:To establish animal models of Chiropractic therapy effect on gastric movement mechanism research.Methods:The improved pressure sensor willimplanted into rabbitgastric serosa layer on the surface of the stomachby surgical method,recordgastric movement on awakerabbit,andby intravenous injecting withanisodamine.Results:Stablewave motion can recordin 1 day(interval 8 hours) 2 times building will not affect the gastric movement amplitude natural recovery time. Conclusion:This kind of building method has good stability and repeatability.
