运用fMRI技术探究针刺得气中枢机制的研究现状分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对国内外运用fMRI技术探究针刺得气中枢机制的相关研究进行总结、分析,为后续研究提供一定依据。方法:对CNKI、万方、维普、Pubmed等中外数据库进行人工检索,对试验设计、研究结果等相关信息进行提取分析。结果:经筛选纳入文献15篇,目前此类研究样本量普遍较小,研究对象多为健康成年人,针刺以单穴为主,常用得气对照方法为触觉刺激,"得气"相关脑区较多且各研究之间存在差异。结论:今后的研究需扩大样本量,严格评估受试者机体状态,统一针刺腧穴及操作方法,选取恰当的得气评价工具,寻找适当的得气对照方法,并且使用得当的fMRI实验设计及结果分析方法,从而更加科学地运用fMRI技术开展针刺得气的中枢机制研究。 Objective: To summery and analyze the current studies of the central mechanism of the arrival of qi of acupuncture based on fMRI technology at home and abroad, and give references to the future research. Methods: The literatures were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang and Pubmed databases, and the characteristics of the relevant designs and results of the studies were extracted and analyzed. Results: This paper included 15 articles, At present, healthy people were recruited in such kind of studies mostly, choosing single acupoint and small sample size were the basic characteristics of these researches, and tactile stimulation was the most common control method of the arrival of qi. Additionally, the brain regions related to the arrival of Qi were various from different studies. Conclusion: In future studies, it is needed to expand the sample size, assess the body condition of the subjects strictly, unify acupuncture point and operation method, select the appropriate evaluation tool of the arrival of qi, search for appropriate control methods of the arrival of qi, use proper fMRI experimental design and result analysis method, so as to make more scientific use of fMRI technology in the study of central mechanism of the arrival of qi of acupuncture.
