清胰化积方治疗10例高龄胰腺癌回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on 10 cases of Qingyi Huaji Formula treating elderly pancreatic cancer

目的:探索高龄胰腺癌患者的中西医结合治疗方法。方法:回顾性总结2013年1月至2015年12月复旦大学附属肿瘤医院门诊≥80岁高龄胰腺癌典型患者10例,对生存期统计分析。结果:运用清胰化积方治疗,取得了1年以上的生存期。结论:清胰化积方为主治疗高龄无手术、放化疗指征,有基础疾病的胰腺癌患者,其疗效颇为理想。

To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the elderly patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods: A retrospective study were conducted from January 2013 to September 2015 in outpatient department of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. The overall survival time of 10 elderly outpatients over 80 years old with pancreatic cancer were analyzed. Results: The overall survival time of the elderly patients treated with Qingyi Huaji Formula is over 1 year. Conclusion: Qingyi Huaji Formula is effective to treat elderly patients with pancreatic cancer, who cannot tolerate surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and have underlying diseases.
