改良骶管封闭疗法联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical research on improved sacral canal injection combined with small-needle-knife therapy in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:观察改良骶管封闭疗法联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将符合标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用改良骶管封闭疗法联合小针刀治疗,对照组采用改良骶管封闭疗法治疗。7d治疗1次,为1个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效及VAS评分、M-JOA评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为79.49%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分、M-JOA评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:改良骶管封闭疗法联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of improved sacral canal injection combined with small-needle-knife therapy in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: Eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 patients in each group. Treatment group received improved sacral canal injection combined with small-needle-knife therapy, while control group only received improved sacral ca-nal injection therapy. The clinical effects, VAS and M-JOA Score between two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate was 97.50% in treatment group, while 79.49% in control group, treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and M-JOA score decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.01), the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Improved sacral canal injection combined with small-needle-knife therapy had distinct curative effect in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
