"方论"在中医古籍中的所指内涵,除当今"方论"之意外,也曾指方前立论、或医学整体理论、或"医方""方剂"之别称、或方剂学著作及古医籍的体裁之一。文章梳理了"方论"名词在不同历史时期中医古籍中的不同内涵,并考证了当代"方论"概念的历史源流。

The connotation of ‘Discourse on Prescription' in ancient books, in addition to refers to today's connotation, it also had been mixed with other concepts such as therapeutic method, medical theory, prescription etc. ‘Discourse on Prescription' also has been defined as one of the genres of ancient medical books. This paper combes different connotations of ‘Discourse on Prescription' in different periods, and studies its source.
