Cupping and acupuncture have the same mechanism

目前国内外研究对拔罐疗法的重视不够,拔罐疗法与针灸疗法同属于中医优秀的体表刺激疗法,两者在中医发展历史中对维护人民的健康皆有显著贡献。笔者认为拔罐疗法作用机制研究应受到重视,提出拔罐疗法与针灸疗法的作用机制有共通之处,都是通过体表物理刺激这个固有属性,首先引起体表刺激部位微环境的变化,将物理信号转化为生物信号,局部相关信号分子相互作用、相互影响,使效应级联放大,激活机体内神经-内分泌-免疫(NEI)网络,进而产生整体调节效应。

The research of cupping therapy is neglected at present. Cupping and acupuncture therapy both belong to the surface stimulation therapy which have an indelible contribution to safeguarding the health of people in the development of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper appeals that the mechanism of cupping therapy should be taken seriously, the mechanisms of cupping and acupuncture therapy have something in common. When stimulating body surface, the minienvironment will be changed, and the physical signals will transform into biological signals, then the signal molecules will be interacted that makes the amplification of effect cascades. At this point, the neural-endocrine-immune system will be activated, and the therapeutic effect will be taken out.
