摘要
目的:为金银花种质资源评价及果实资源的开发利用提供基础数据。方法:对金银花主产区山东6个品系金银花果实中挥发性成分进行气相色谱-质谱联用分析,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析。结果:从金银花果实中挥发油成分的数量来看,分别从品系YTH-002、JYH-002、SYH-001、JYH-001、YTH-003和YTH-001的果实中分离出47、27、55、60、23和37种成分,其中归一化百分含量>3%的挥发性成分数量分别为13、14、14、14、10和12种;从挥发油主要成分来讲,6个品系共有成分为棕榈酸、亚麻酸、2,2’-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、二十烷和维生素E。不同品系金银花果实也含有特有成分,11,13-二十碳十二烯酸甲酯、Z-6,17-十八碳二烯-1-醇乙酸酯、1-二十六烷醇3种成分为品系JYH-002果实中特有成分;品系SYH-001果实中含有2种特有成分,分别为亚麻酸甲酯和十九醇;二十一烷、2-氯乙基亚油酸酯分别为品系JYH-001和YTH-003果实中的特有成分。结论:不同品系金银花果实中挥发性成分表现出丰富的遗传多样性,挥发油含量聚类结果与金银花各品系的亲缘关系较为吻合。
Objective: To provide basic data for the evaluation of Lonicera japonica Thunbgermplasm resources and the exploitation and utilization of it's fruit resources. Methods: The volatile constituents in fruit of six strains in Shandong were analyzed by GC-MS, and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results: It was observed that in terms of the number of volatile oil compounds, 47, 27, 55, 60, 23 and 37 kinds of compounds were isolated respectively from the strain of YTH-002, JYH-002, SYH-001, JYH-001, YTH-003 and YTH-001. In terms of the main compounds, Palmiticacid, Linolenic, Phenol, 2, 2-methylene-bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol), Eicosane and Vitamin E are present in six strains. 11,13-Eicosadienoic acid,methyl ester, Z-6,17-Octadecadien-1-ol acetate and 1-hexadecanol are only present in the fruit of YTH-002. Linolenic acid methyl ester and Nineteen alcohol are the unique composition in the fruit of SYH-001. Heneicosanoic is the unique composition in the fruit of JYH-001 and 2-Chloroethyl linoleate is the unique compositionof YTH-003. Conclusion: The results indicated that volatile components isolated from the fruit different strainsshowedgenetic diversity. The clustering results of volatile oil of different strains are consistent with the kinship of the strains.
