摘要
目的:观察电针合谷穴对面神经损伤家兔面部行为学评分及面神经电图的影响,初步探讨电针合谷穴对面神经损伤的修复作用。方法:用神经卡压法制备面神经损伤家兔模型,将40只家兔随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、电针合谷穴组和电针后溪穴组,每组10只。假手术组切开左侧面部皮肤,暴露面神经后缝合。模型组造模后不给任何处置。电针合谷穴组采用电针合谷穴治疗,电针后溪穴组予电针后溪穴治疗,每次30min,每日1次,治疗28d。肉眼观察家兔面部运动情况并评分,面神经电图检测受损面神经复合肌肉动作电位的潜伏期和峰值振幅。结果:(1)行为学评分结果:电针合谷穴组造模7、14、21、28d后行为学评分升高,与模型组及电针后溪穴组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);(2)面神经电图结果:电针合谷穴组造模14、28d后潜伏期缩短、峰值振幅增大,与模型组及电针后溪穴组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:电针合谷穴能改善面神经损伤家兔面部运动情况,促进受损面神经复合肌肉动作电位的恢复。
Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Hegu(LI4) on facial behavior score and facial nerve electroneurography(Enog) in rabbits with facial nerve injury, and to explore the repair effect of electroacupuncture at Hegu(LI4) on facial nerve injury. Methods: The facial nerve injury rabbits model was prepared by facialnerve compression. 40 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation group, model group, Hegu(LI4) electroacupuncture group and Houxi(SI3) electroacupuncture group. The sham operation group cut the left facial skin and sutured after exposing the facial nerve. The model group was give no treatment after modeling. Hegu(LI4) electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at Hegu(LI4) and Houxi(SI3) electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at Houxi(SI3) for 30 min each time, 1 time everyday for 28 days. The facial movement of the rabbits was visually observed and scored. The latent period and peak amplitude of the compound muscle action potential of facial nerve injury was detected by Enog. Results:(1)The results of the behavioral score: the behavior scores of Hegu(LI4) electroacupuncture group were increased at 7, 14, 21 and 28 d after modeling, and compared with the model group and Houxi(SI3) electroacupuncture group, the difference was significant(P<0.05, P<0.01);(2)The results of Enog: the latent period was shortened, and the peak amplitude was increased in Hegu(LI4) electroacupuncture group at 14, 28 d after modeling. Compared with the model group and Houxi(SI3) electroacupuncture group, the difference was significant(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Hegu(LI4) can improve the facial movement of facial nerve injury rabbits, and promote the recovery of action potential of damaged facial nerve compound muscle.
