摘要
目的:考察防己与茯苓配伍对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饲料加力竭游泳的方法建立模型,通过检测对胃肠功能、肝脏功能、血清蛋白和血脂水平的影响考察防己与茯苓组合对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响。结果:与模型组比较,防己水煎液组ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低,HDL-C显著升高;茯苓水煎液组Gas和ALB显著升高,CHO和LDL-C显著降低;防己低剂量+茯苓组Gas、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);防己中剂量+茯苓组Gas、TC、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);防己高剂量+茯苓组Gas、TC、TP、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ALT、AST、TG、ALP、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:各给药组对模型大鼠的胃肠、肝脏和血清学指标均有改善,且两药配伍疗效优于单味药。
Objective: To probe the effect of combination of Stephania tetrandra S. Moore and Tuckahoe on the rats with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: Using high fat, low protein feed add swimming exhaustion method to establish model, through the detection of gastrointestinal function, liver function, serum protein and lipid levels influence the studies combined with poria cocos on spleen deficient model in rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the studies of water decoction of ALT, AST, TG, CHO, LDL-C is reduced significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01), HDL-C rised; Poria cocos decoction liquid Gas and propagated, CHO, LDL-C; Out the low dose and poria cocos Gas, propagated and higher HDL-C, ALT, AST, TG, CHO, LDL-C(P<0.05, P<0.01); Out the dose and poria cocos Gas, TC(P<0.05, P<0.01), propagated and higher HDL-C, ALT, AST, TG, CHO, LDL-C(P<0.05, P<0.01); Out the high dose and poria cocos Gas, TC, TP, propagated and higher HDL-C, ALT, AST, TG, ALP, CHO, LDL-C(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of each treatment group on the gastrointestinal function, liver function and serum markers of rats with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency were improved, and the compatibility of the two drugs is superior than drug units.
