“凝脂翳”病名源流考

"凝脂翳"最早见于明代王肯堂的《证治准绳》,是以黑睛生翳,表面色白或黄,状如凝脂,发病迅速,或伴黄液上冲为主要表现的急重眼病。《神农本草经》用"翳"记录目病。隋代《诸病源候论》载有目生"疮翳"。元末明初《原机启微》提出"翳犹疮也",揭示了黑睛生翳,翳犹疮也的发病特征。"疮翳"的提出,在本质上将此类眼病有别于以"翳"命名的内障眼病。《证治准绳》对"凝脂翳"发病全程进行了详细阐述。西方医学传入中国后,对本病内涵与外延的界定更加清晰。"凝脂翳"作为规范名已成为共识。并对"凝脂翳"认知过程中出现的花翳、浮翳、真珠翳、冰虾翳深等相关病名进行了梳理。

Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng is the first existing monographs discussed of ‘Ningzhiyi'(congealed-fat nebula). ‘Yi' is used to record the eye disease in Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing. Sui dynasty Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun recorded ‘chuangyi'. Yuanji Qiwei proposed: ‘yi like ulcers'.This is the characteristic of Yi in cornea and the difference from other eye diseases. Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng detailed recorded the whole process of ‘Ningzhiyi'. After the western medicine was introduced into China, the understanding of ‘Ningzhiyi' is more clear. ‘Ningzhiyi'as a specification name has become a consensus.This paper also discusses the Huayi, Fuyi, Zhenzhuyi and Bingxiayishen.They are related diseases with ‘Ningzhiyi'.
