Observation of duration in the animal model development of northwest dryness syndrome

摘要 目的:应用宏观及微观指标确定制作西北燥证主证动物模型所需的时间。方法:选择造模后6、12、24、48d共4个时间点对实验动物进行观察,以宏观辨证体系进行评价,结合造模因素主要侵袭器官的微观病理改变,进行实验动物的辨证。结果:6、12d症状不明显,24d的变化经宏观辨证体系辨证可确定为西北燥证主证,且未出现明显的微观病理改变,48d已出现病理改变。结论:24d可作为西北燥证主证动物模型的造模时间。 Objective: To determine the duration of the main syndrome of animal model of northwest dryness syndrome by applying macroscopic and microscopic index. Methods: The experimental animals were observed at 4, 12, 24 and 48 days after modeling. The macroscopic syndrome differentiation system combined with the microscopic pathological changes of organs were used to evaluate the syndrome differentiation of experimental animals. Results: The symptoms were not obvious at 6d and 12 d, and the pathological changes were observed on the 48 th day. The change of the 24 th day was confirmed as the northwest dryness syndrome by the macroscopic syndrome differentiation system, and there were no obvious microscopic pathological changes. Conclusion: 24 days can be used as the duration of the main syndrome of animal model of northwest dryness syndrome.
