Evolution of consensus for integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis for nearly 30 years

近30年间已有3个慢性胃炎中西医结合诊疗共识发表,各共识意见中关于慢性胃炎中医辨证、分型、治法、方药等方面的不同显而易见。文章系统性对比、分析和研究这些演变的原因及规律,对于更好地理解和应用共识意义深远;在研究过程中发现并提出问题,为新共识修订时略做参考,使共识意见更科学、更规范、更实用。

For nearly 30 years, there have been three published consensuses for integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis with obviously different opinions on TCM syndrome differentiation, treatment, and formulas. Systematic comparison, analysis and research on the cause and the law of the consensus evolution has profound significance for better understanding and application of the consensus. Certain questions were found in the research process and put forward for reference of the new consensus revision so that the consensus opinion could be more scientific, standardized and practical.
