锁阳乙酸乙酯提取物改善慢性应激认知功能障碍神经电生理长时程增强表现 被引量:4

Effects of ECS in improving long-term potentiation and chronic stress cognitive dysfunction

摘要 目的:研究锁阳乙酸乙酯提取物(ECS)对去势小鼠慢性应激所致学习记忆障碍作用在Morris水迷宫和神经电生理长时程增强(LTP)方面的表现。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、ECS组。模型组与ECS组采用慢性应激方法造模,ECS组小鼠以0.47mg/m L、0.1mg/10g同步灌胃ECS提取物。在造模8周后进行Morris水迷宫实验,造模成功时进行海马组织的神经电生理LTP检测。结果:Morris水迷宫结果显示ECS组穿越平台次数显著增加(P<0.01)。神经电生理LTP结果显示ECS组小鼠的兴奋性突触后场电位斜率百分比显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:ECS在Morris水迷宫和神经电生理LTP两方面均表现出改善去势后慢性应激小鼠认知功能障碍的作用。 Objective: To observe the influence of extracts of cynomorium songaricum(ECS) on the learning and memory of chronic stress ovariectomized mice by Morris water maze and long-term potentiation(LTP). Methods: The mice were randomly divided into the control group, the model group and the ECS group. Chronic stress model was used in the model group and ECS group. ECS group were given ECS by gavage at 0.47mg/m L, 0.1mg/10 g once a day. After 8 weeks, Morris water maze was conducted, LTP of the hippocampal tissue was tested after modelization. Results: Morris water maze test results showed that the explore time of target quadrant in the ESC group was increased(P<0.01), the gradient percentage of field excitatory postsynaptic potential significantly increased in the ECS group(P<0.01). Conclusion: ECS can improve the cognitive dysfunction on chronic stress ovariectomized mice in Morris water maze and LTP.
