眼针配合穴位注射治疗孤独症儿童目光交流障碍临床研究

Clinical research on eye acupuncture combined with acupoint injection treating autistic children with vision communication disorder

目的:观察眼针配合穴位注射治疗孤独症儿童目光交流障碍的疗效。方法:将西安中医脑病医院治疗的65例患儿按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组(在康复训练基础上加用眼针配合穴位注射)35例,对照组(康复训练)30例,疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后目光交流障碍的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.86%,对照组有效率53.33%(P<0.05)。结论:眼针配合穴位注射改善孤独症儿童目光交流障碍、注意力、多动症状,其疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of eye acupuncture combined with acupoint injection on treatment of autistic children with vision communication disorder. Methods: According to the medical order, 65 children treatedin our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(eye acupuncture combined with acupoint injection, 35 cases) and the control group(rehabilitation training, 30 cases). The course of treatment was 3 months. The improvement of vision communication disorder was observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 82.86% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Eye acupuncture combined with acupoint injection can improve thevision communication disorder, attention and hyperactivity symptoms of autistic children, and its curative effect is worthy of clinical application.
