热敏灸治疗冠心病患者心率变异性和心脏变时性的疗效观察 被引量:6

Effects of heat sensitive moxibustion on heart rate variability and cardiac chronotropic in patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的:通过观察热敏灸对自主神经功能的影响,探讨热敏灸治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病(冠心病)患者的热敏化腧穴的临床疗效。方法:收集江西中医药大学附属医院2013年6月至2015年6月冠心病患者病例60例。所有患者均采用热敏灸治疗30d,通过平板运动试验、动态心电图等检测患者治疗前后心律变异性(HRV)和心脏变时性的变化。结果:患者通过热敏灸治疗后HRV时域指标值(总体标准差、差值均方根,超过50ms的百分比)比治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),心脏变时性功能不全(最快心率与最慢心率差值)明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论:热敏灸对冠心病患者自主神经功能有一定影响,热敏灸可以治疗冠心病患者的热敏化腧穴,有望成为一种安全、便捷、高效的冠心病治疗新方法。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of heat sensitization point of coronary artery disease patients were treated by heat sensitive moxibustion through observing the influences of heat sensitive moxibustion to autonomic nerve function. Methods: Sixty cases of coronary artery disease have been collected in our hospital from Jun, 2013 to Jun, 2015. All patients were treated with heat sensitive moxibustion for 30 days and detected the changes of heart rate variability and cardiac chronotropic by treadmill exercise test and ambulatory electrocardiogram. Results: After treating with heat sensitive moxibustion, the time domain index value of heart rate variability(the overall standard deviation, the difference between the root mean square, more than 50 ms percentage) was significantly higher than before, showing a remarkable significance(P<0.05), and the cardiac chronotropic functional insufficiency(the difference between fastest heart rate and the slowest heart rate) was significantly lower than before and has statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: The heat sensitive moxibustion, which is expected to become a new method to treat the coronary artery disease with safe, convenient and efficient, has an important impact on the autonomic nerve function system in patients with coronary artery disease, and could treat the heat sensitization point of the patients with coronary artery disease.
