论大健康背景下的中国特色的中医健康管理模式

Health management model of traditional Chinese medicine with Chinese characteristics based on the great health

自21世纪以来,医学研究的对象由急性感染性疾病转向慢性疾病,医学模式由"治疗疾病"向"维护健康"改变,国内外都在探索适合各国国情的不同的健康管理模式,文章通过分析国际上采用健康管理模式的优缺点,提出我国在人口老龄化、慢性病呈"井喷"趋势的阶段,探索一种在"大健康、大数据"背景下的能够发挥中医药"治未病"优势,面向基层,具有中国特色的,能满足不同层次、不同需求人群的健康管理模式势在必行,而这一健康管理模式前提是正确把握健康状态。

Since the 21 st century, the object of medical research has changed from acute infectious diseases to chronic diseases, and medical model has changed from ‘treating disease' to ‘maintaining healthy'. Exploring the health management mode suited to different national conditions has become the mission both at home and abroad. Through the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of international health management mode, this article put forward a health management mode which could play its advantage of TCM preventive treatment of disease under the background of great healthy and big data with Chinese characteristics and grassroots oriented, and satisfy different people from different levels with different demands at the same time. The premise of this health management mode is to understand the health condition properly. Health management mode premise is to correctly grasp the health status.
