中医五脏寒热证素特征的红外热像图识别方法初探

Study on infrared thermogram recognizing methods of TCM five zang viscera cold and heat syndrome element characteristics

中医五脏寒热证素的病位证素是五脏,病性证素是寒热。运用红外热成像技术能非常灵敏的检测到机体体表温度的变化情况,研究中医五脏寒热证素特征与红外热像图之间的关系,可为中医辨证的数字化、客观化提供新的思路,为辅助临床诊疗提供新的方法。由此,文章对红外热成像技术在中医五脏寒热证素特征中的应用原理和研究方法进行初探,并对其面临的问题及发展提出看法。

Syndrome elements of TCM five zang viscera cold and heat are five zang viscera and cold and heat respectively, reflecting disease position and nature of disease. Infrared thermogram recognizing methods could identify peripheral temperature changes sensitively, study on the relation between TCM five zang viscera cold and heat syndrome element characteristics and infrared thermogram could provide new ideas on digitization and objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation and new methods on clinical treatment. This paper aimed at discussing principles and research methods of infrared thermogram on TCM five zang viscera cold and heat syndrome element characteristics, putting forward some views on problems it now faces.
