基于经络辨证浅析颜面部痤疮分经论治

Analysis of the treatment based on differentiation of channel of facial acne based on syndrome differentiation of channel theory

颜面部痤疮是临床上常见的一种皮肤疾病,目前临床多从脏腑从病理因素出发进行辨证。经络辨证是以经络理论为指导,根据经络的循行分布、功能特性、病理变化及其与脏腑的相互联系,对病情资料综合分析以识别其病机及证候的一种辨证方法。文章通过分析经络与皮肤、脏腑之间的关系,阐述在颜面部痤疮治疗中以经络辨证为基础,根据患者面部痤疮分布规律循经辨证,循经用药,循经取穴,针药并用,内外同治,以期与中医临床医师相互交流。

Facial acne is a common clinical skin disease, which was differentiated from pathological factors and zangfu organs currently. Syndrome differentiation of channel theory guided by channel theory is a differentiation method about comprehensive analysis of disease data to identify its pathogenesis and syndrome according to the relationship between the line distribution of channel, function characteristics, pathological changes and their zang-fu organs. This paper described the relationship between the meridian and the viscera, which was based on the syndrome differentiation of channel in the facial acne treatment by analyzing the relationship between the meridian and the skin and viscera. According to the distribution rule of acne in the patients' face, the medication of running course of channel, point selection of running course of channel, acupuncture combined with medicine and treating internal and external together were applied into the treatment of acne, hoping to provide reference for the Chinese medicine clinicians.
