文章总结何裕民教授治胰腺癌经验,对胰腺癌治疗以"调整为先""零毒为佳""护胃为要"为治疗原则,内外兼治。根据胰腺癌临床表现分为脾虚气滞、湿热蕴结、气血瘀滞、气血两亏等,脾虚是胰腺癌患者的共性特点,治以健脾和胃辨病论治。同时针对性地配合外敷药来改善胰腺癌及并发症,疗效独特,使胰腺癌患者生存期有所延长,生活质量明显改善,为胰腺癌治疗提供新的思路与参考。

This paper summarizesd professor HE Yu-min's experience in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The treatment of pancreatic cancer should be based on the principles of ‘adjust first',‘zero poison',‘protect the stomach' and be treated internally and externally. According to the clinical manifestations of pancreatic cancer, the disease could be divided into five types of treatment based on syndrome differentiation which were spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, accumulation of dampness and heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis, deficiency of qi and blood, internal heat due to yin deficiency. Spleen deficiency was a common feature of patients with pancreatic cancer.The treatment of pancreatic cancer was mainly to strengthen the spleen and stomach. At the same time, patients should also be targeted to use external medicine to improve the treatment of pancreatic cancer and its complications, which had a unique role in the treatment and obvious effect. The treatment could prolong the patient's life and improve their quality of life and provided new references for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
