Clinical experience in treating acne

痤疮为皮肤科常见疾病,多见于青春期男女,皮疹易反复发生,严重影响容貌美。陈丽娟教授长期从事美容皮肤科的临床与教学工作,对痤疮、黄褐斑等常见损美病症的论治用药独到,善组对药进行辨证施治,且疗效显著。文章整理了陈丽娟教授论治痤疮的临证经验,通过对马齿苋、白花蛇舌草和板蓝根,白鲜皮、薏苡仁和浮萍,皂角刺、夏枯草和山慈菇以及丹参、赤芍和当归等对药的综合分析,从清热解毒、止痒消肿、软坚散结、消痕增白等角度进行阐述,并佐以验案,以飨同道。

Acne is a common disease in dermatology, and is more common in adolescent boys and girls. The rash is easy to occur repeatedly, which seriously affects the beauty of the face. Professor CHEN Li-juan has long been engaged in clinical and teaching work of cosmetic dermatology,and her treatment of acne, chloasma and other common damaging beauty skin disease is unique. She is good at syndrome differentiation, and has a significant effect. This paper had sorted out the experience of professor CHEN Li-juan's treatment of acne. According to the comprehensive analysis of Herba Portulacae, Hedyotis diffusa and isatis root, cortex dictamni, semen coicis and duckweed, spina gleditsiae, selfheal and Tulipa, the root of red-rooted salvia, red peony root and Angelica sinensis, and from the point of view of clearing heat and removing toxicity, relieving itching and swelling, softening the weak and dispersing the knot, eliminating the mark and whitening, this paper summarized the experience, accompanying by a clinical case.
