近年来,随着环境污染、社会压力、饮食结构的变化及结核耐药、耐多药的形成,结核病仍然是威胁人们身心健康的重大疾病之一。尤其颈淋巴结结核占体表淋巴结结核首位,不可轻视,其具有病程长、易破溃不易愈合的特点,遂成顽疾,不容忽视。文章结合验案从病因病机,辨证论治,治外必本于内,内治顾护脾胃,中西药并用内外合治,善于外用丹剂收口,注重饮食、起居、护养等方面总结唐汉钧教授治疗颈淋巴结结核经验,旨在体现其中医诊疗辨证思维,用药精确,用量得当及个体化治疗精准之学术经验临证思想。

In recent years, with the development of environmental pollution, social pressure, changes in diet structure and the formation of drug-resistant and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, tuberculosis is still one of the major diseases that threaten people's physical and mental health. Combined with the clinical cases, from etiology and pathogenesis, using syndrome differentiation and treatment, TANG traces the origin of the outside symptoms, emphasizes protecting the spleen and stomach in internal therapy, and integrating Chinese and western medicine. He is good at using ‘Danji' and pays emphasis on the effect of food, accommodation and nursing. This paper concluded TANG Han-Jun's clinical experience in treating tuberculosis of jugular lymph node, so as to reflect the diagnosis and treatment mind of famous TCM doctor.
