摘要
青蒿素是从黄花蒿中提取的具有抗疟作用的倍半萜内酯,除了治疗疟疾,青蒿素类药物亦有抗肿瘤作用,其抗癌机制主要包括以下几个方面:抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤细胞铁死亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭转移、调节免疫功能、增强放疗敏感性及逆转肿瘤多药耐药等。文章总结了近年来青蒿素类药物抗肿瘤机制、耐药性逆转机制及临床应用方面的研究进展。
Artemisinin which has antimalarial activity is a sesquiterpene lactone extracted from Artemisia annua L. Effect the anti-malarial effect, artemisinin also has anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the proliferation, promoting apoptosis, inducing iron death, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, inhibiting invasion and metastasis, regulating immune function, enhancing radiotherapy sensitivity and reversing multiple drug resistance. The paper focused on the recent studies on the mechanism of anti-tumor effect and reversal of drug resistance of artemisinin-based drugs, and summarized the advances in clinical application.
