瑶医庞桶药浴治疗肝病高胆红素血症疗效观察

Clinical observation of Yao medicine Pang barrels medicated bath in the treatment of liver disease hyperbilirubinemia

目的:客观评价瑶医庞桶药浴疗法治疗肝病高胆红素血症的临床疗效及安全性,为瑶医庞桶药浴疗法的传承及进一步推广应用提供依据。方法:将60例确诊为肝病高胆红素血症的患者,随机分为常规对照组(A组)和瑶医庞桶药浴治疗组(B组)两组,每组各30例,A组予常规西医综合治疗,B组在A组基础上加用瑶医庞桶药浴治疗观察两组患者治疗前后主要症状积分、肝功能[总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)]及安全性指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率93.3%优于对照组有效率76.7%(P<0.05);治疗组对患者临床主要症状及肝功能指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中未出现用药相关严重不良反应。结论:瑶医庞桶药浴疗法治疗肝病高胆红素血症疗效确切,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yao medicine Pang barrels medicated bath therapy objectively in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia in liver disease, and to provide the basis for the inheritance and further popularization of Yao medicine. Methods: Sixty patients with hyperbilirubinemia diagnosed as liver disease were randomly divided into two groups: routine control group(group A) and prescription group(group B), with 30 cases in each group. A was treated with routine western medicine, group B was treated with Yao Pang barrels of medicated bath therapy on the basis of group A. The main symptom scores, liver function(TBIL, ALT, ALB, GGT) and safety index were analyzed before and after treatment. Results:The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05); The improvement of clinical symptoms and liver function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse drug reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Yao medicine Pang barrels medicated bath therapy in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia in liver disease is effective and safe, which is worthy of clinical application.
