稳定性冠心病患者舌象与检查指标相关性

Correlation of tongue manifestation and objective examination in patients with stable coronary heart disease

目的:探讨稳定性冠心病患者的舌象与Gensini积分及肱动脉最大扩张幅度与基础经的百分比(即FMD值)的相关性。方法:选取150例稳定性冠心病患者,收集舌象、Gensini积分和FMD并分析其相关性。结果:(1)Gensini积分:紫舌组>红舌组>淡白舌组>淡红舌组,厚腻苔组>少苔组>薄苔组;(2)FMD值:淡红舌组>红舌组>淡白舌组>紫舌组,薄苔组>少苔组>厚腻苔组;(3)Gensini积分与紫舌、厚腻苔呈正相关,与淡红舌、淡白舌薄苔呈负相关;FMD值与紫舌、厚腻苔呈负相关,与淡红舌呈低度正相关。结论:稳定性冠心病患者舌象多见红舌或淡白舌、薄白苔或少苔;紫舌或厚腻苔患者的冠脉病变和内皮功能损伤更重。

Objective: To investigate the correlation between Gensini score,FMD and tongue manifestation in patients with stable coronary heart disease.Methods: One hundred and fifty patients with stable coronary heart disease were included.Gensini score,FMD and tongue manifestation were collected and the correlation between them were studied.Results:(1)Gensini score: purple tongue group>red tongue group>pale tongue group>pink tongue group,thick greasy tongue coating group>less tongue coating group> thin tongue coating group;(2)FMD: pink tongue group>red tongue group>pale tongue group>purple tongue group,thin tongue coating group>less tongue coating group>thick greasy tongue coating group;(3)Gensini score was positively correlated with purple tongue and thick greasy tongue coating,and negatively correlated with pink tongue,pale tongue and thin tongue coating; FMD was negatively correlated with purple tongue and thick greasy tongue coating,and positively related with pink tongue.Conclusion: Red tongue,pale tongue,thin white tongue coating or less tongue coating are more often seen in stable coronary heart disease.Patients with purple tongue or thick greasy tongue coating may suffer from more severe coronary artery disease and endothelial function injury.
